When booking the meeting room keep the following in mind:
- Reservations must be submitted at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the requested date and no more than 3 months in advance.
- Events must take place during library hours and must conclude a minimum of 30 minutes prior to closing.
- The meeting room can accommodate up to 100 people theatre style without tables. For half a room, 50 people can be accommodated theatre style.
- Tables, chairs, and a podium are available.
- Room set up is the responsibility of the group/ organization requesting the room and setup time should be included in reservation time. For ideas of room set up layouts, please click this link.
- Audio Visual and related equipment are available. Audio visual and related equipment use is the responsibility of the group/ organization using the room. Operating guides are available in the meeting room. One-on-one Tech Help is available by appointment to learn how to use the equipment.
